Why Trust Us

Yes. Amader Craft has been running since 2019 as a Bangladesh-based digital gaming shop and Minecraft community, registered at Purbo Gonga Bordi, Faridpur Sadar, Faridpur 7800, Bangladesh. Our Minecraft server is one of the oldest still running in Bangladesh, our Discord community has over 3,000 members, and our team is publicly named rather than anonymous.

You can order directly from our website with no need to contact us first. If you would rather look around before ordering, our WhatsApp and Discord are both open.

The honest answer is that you should not trust any online shop just because its own website says to. So here is how to check us without relying on our word:

• Every number on our trust page is read live from our store database, not typed in by hand.
• Join our Discord and ask the members. It is a public room with thousands of people in it and we do not moderate what they tell you about us.
• Scroll back through our Facebook page. Years of posts, comments and customer questions are still there.
• Read the reviews on our product pages, including the one-star ones. They are not hidden.
• Check our Trustpilot profile — an independent review platform we do not run and cannot edit.

You are welcome to order directly without asking us anything first. Our support team is simply available if you’d like to check something beforehand.

Delivery is usually fast, and can take up to 24 hours depending on the product and order volume. Many orders are completed well before that, some within minutes — but 24 hours is the maximum we set, not a guarantee of instant delivery.

Our delivery is handled by a person, not a machine, so it takes as long as it takes and we would rather set a realistic expectation than a flattering one. The delivery window is written into our Terms and Conditions.

You can pay through our automated payment system, which supports bKash, Nagad and Rocket, and verifies your payment instantly. You can also pay from your Amader Craft wallet balance if you have one.

If a refund is approved, it is sent back through the same payment method you paid with. The current accepted-payment list is kept in our Terms and Conditions.

Sometimes — and we would rather be straight with you about when, because this is the question people feel misled about most often.

• If your order is still On Hold and we have not started work on it, it can be refunded.
• Once the order moves to Processing, meaning we have started, it is not eligible for a refund.
• Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days.

The full rules are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read it before ordering rather than after.

It depends on the product, and we say which one on the product page before you pay. Some products are keys you redeem yourself on the relevant store, some are ready-to-use accounts supplied with login details, and some are redeem codes.

This matters, because what you can do afterwards is different in each case. If a listing is not clear to you, ask us and we will tell you exactly what you will receive before you order.

For account-based products this depends on the specific product, and it is stated on that product’s page.

If it matters to you, ask us before you order. It is a completely fair question and we would much rather answer it beforehand than have you find out afterwards.

Contact us on WhatsApp, Discord or email with your order number and tell us what happened.

What we can do depends on the product and the platform behind it, and we will tell you honestly what is and is not possible rather than going quiet on you. For redeem-code products, please read the video-proof question below before you order — that requirement exists so that genuine problems can actually be verified.

Yes — and we want you to know this before you buy, not after something goes wrong.

Our Terms and Conditions require a full, uncut video recording, from collecting the product on our website until you claim (redeem) it, for redeem codes, activation codes, gift codes and any similar one-time-use product. The recording needs to clearly show the unused code, the redemption process, and the final result, with the time on your device visible throughout.

Without that recording we cannot approve a later replacement, refund or warranty claim for that product, although we will always reply to your message within 72 hours. It is a strict rule, and we would rather state it plainly here than bury it. It exists because one-time codes cannot be re-checked after they are used, and it protects honest customers from people who claim a working code failed.

If you want to know the source of a specific product, ask us and we will tell you — you’re welcome to order directly without asking first.

Two things worth knowing: our Terms prohibit fraudulent activity and scam attempts on both sides of a sale, and reselling what you buy from us is explicitly permitted.

Since 2019. The Amader Craft Minecraft server has run continuously since then and is one of the oldest and most recognised Minecraft servers in Bangladesh. The shop grew out of that community rather than the other way around, which is why our customers and our players are largely the same people.

Purbo Gonga Bordi, Faridpur Sadar, Faridpur 7800, Bangladesh. We are a Bangladesh-based business selling to Bangladeshi customers, with prices in BDT and support in English and Bangla.

Yes. Reviews sit on the individual product pages, and our trust page shows the complete rating spread from five stars down to one.

We do not delete low ratings. A shop whose reviews are all perfect is a shop that removes the ones that are not, and that is worth less to you than an average with some honest complaints in it.

For mobile products the process is different on each platform, and it is written on the individual product page. Typically, for Android we purchase the game on your own Gmail account, and for iOS we provide a redeem code.

Check the product page first, or ask us if anything is unclear.

WhatsApp, Discord, Messenger or email. Every channel is linked on our trust page and our contact page, and a real person answers each one.

You do not need to contact us before ordering — feel free to order directly from the website. If you have a question beforehand, or run into an issue afterward, we’re glad to help.

Yes, with a simple rule that depends on your age:

• Under 12: a parent or legal guardian’s permission is needed for every order.
• Aged 12 to 15: a parent or legal guardian’s permission is needed for orders of ৳3,000 or more.
• Aged 16 and above: no guardian permission is needed.

The full wording is in our Terms and Conditions.

Message us on WhatsApp, Discord or at support@amadercraft.com with your order number. We reply to every complaint within 72 hours.

If we cannot supply an order you have already paid for, we will tell you within 48 hours and refund you in full within 72 hours of telling you. The details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can also complain to the National Consumer Rights Protection Directorate (DNCRP) — hotline 16121, open 24/7.
